Your order will be as accurate as stated on your invoice and final approval whether authorized through a digital email proof, print ready file(s) sent in, or a pre-requested Color Match Print. Your banners will be produced using state of the art equipment and will be shipped out on time. Please see our TURNAROUND TIME and SHIPPING Policies for official terms and conditions. We use only the strongest materials & the best UV Solvent protected inks on the market today. Our vinyl banners are made of high quality 13 oz. matte vinyl with durable UV Solvent inks that will last for years if they are properly used and installed. The life expectancy of any given product will vary depending on the manufacturers' product warrantee. Print Big, Inc. uses several different UV Solvent inks on different machines and on many different substrates. We cannot list all of the manufacturer's warrantees online. If you require specific product warrantee information, we can provide it upon your request. Generally, vinyl banner printing lasts outdoor an average of 2 to 3 years under normal circumstances. All of our banners are weatherproof and will last according to the conditions that they are subjected to (weather, pollution, correct installation, etc.) Since storage, handling, and installation vary greatly and are out of our control, our guarantee is limited to 30 days from job completion. If you need to store a banner for any given period of time, we recommend that it is properly rolled and stored indoors at room temperature. In the unlikely event that a product contains a manufacturing error or defect, we will repair or reprint any items as needed. Please see our RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY for official terms and conditions. All products fabricated by Print Big, Inc. imply no further warranty unless otherwise stated in writing by Print Big, Inc.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final. Since all orders are custom made and cannot be resold to others or reused, we do not give refunds under any circumstances once an order has gone into production. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to make a change to your order or files, and file processing of your banner(s) has not begun, we will do our best to make the necessary changes. Please contact us immediately via email the same day the order is placed and include a brief description of the change along with your name, phone number, and your order number. For a Refund, orders must be canceled immediately and the same day the order is placed and before any work has begun including any design or production. A $15 non-refundable processing fee applies to all orders that are cancelled after your payment has been received, even if work has not begun. Refunds will be adjusted accordingly with any fees for rendered services or proofs. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have gone into production; this includes but is not limited to design, file processing (ripping), printing, and or finishing.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

To insure that there are no manufacturing errors or defects, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. In the unlikely event that a product is shipped with a manufacturing error or defect, Print Big will repair or reprint the product at no additional cost. All sales are final. Since all orders are custom made and cannot be resold to others or reused, we do not give refunds under any circumstances once an order has gone into production. If there is a problem with the order, the customer must take the following steps in order to be issued a valid return/exchange authorization. The customer must notify Print Big in writing via email within 48 hours after the order is received. A picture of the supposed defect must be taken and sent along with a brief written description of the problem in question via email to orders@printbigmiami.com within the initial 48 hours of the client having received the product. If Print Big determines that we were fault and the problem with the product is a manufacturing defect, then we will issue a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with a company form with an Authorizing Agent's Signature. This RMA number must be written in large visible text on the outside of the return package along with a copy of the authorization placed inside. The product returned must be in new and unused condition. The product must be sent back to the manufacturing facility. Products returned by customers must be sent back with an RMA number within 5 days after the initial receipt of the product. The product returned must be in new and unused condition. We will not accept any returned packages that do not have a visibly written RMA number on the outside. Once we have received the package and verified that the pre-determined contents are complete and in new and unused condition, we will then repair or reprint your order at no additional cost as quickly as possible within 24-48 hours of arrival. If a claim of a manufacturer error or defect is made by the customer, Print Big reserves the exclusive right to determine if the claim is valid and conclude if either Print Big or the customer is responsible. Generally, vinyl banner printing lasts an average of 2 to 3 years outdoor under normal circumstances. All of our banners are weatherproof and will last according to the conditions that they are subjected to (weather, pollution, correct installation, etc.) Since storage, handling, and installation vary greatly and are out of our control, our warranty is limited to 30 days from day of job completion. This warranty only covers the image in that the image color will not fade within the initial 30 days. Print Big is not responsible for low quality resolution files sent in by customers as print ready. Print Big is not responsible for color matching or color representation unless a Color Math Proof is ordered. COLOR MATCH PROOFS

Digital Email Proofs only cover design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and overall placement. Digital Email Proofs do not guarantee color accuracy, intensity, vibrancy, ink density, transparencies, or color changes from RGB, CMYK, Pantones, etc. Print Big is not responsible for color unless a printed Color Match Proof is pre-ordered by the customer. This is a scaled down proof that is printed using the exact inks, profile, machine, and material type that your final job will be printed on. If your job is color critical, and you require a Color Match Proof, it must be pre-ordered and approved before your final order is printed. Color Match Proofs have an additional fee stated in the website next to the selection and will only be charged if the customer chooses this option. We will print two identical proofs, one will be sent to the customer and the other one will remain with Print Big for later confirmation of the order. Make sure to review your all aspects of your layout carefully checking type, placement, gradients, halftones, colors, etc. Once you have approved your Color Match Proof, you give us authorization to start production on your order and the customer assumes complete responsibility. Since all orders are custom made and cannot be resold to others or reused, we do not give refunds under any circumstances once an order has been approved and gone into production. Turnaround time on your order does begin until you have sent us a written email confirmation approval for your proof. We do not give refunds for Color Match Prints under any circumstances.

COLOR MATCHING

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COLOR UNLESS YOU ORDER A COLOR MATCH PRINT. There are an infinite amount of color combinations, shades, and tones. Any one of the below mentioned factors can greatly affect final color output on a printed substrate. The only way to know exactly what you are getting as far as color is to pre-request a Color Match Print. A specific file used to print a job in one place, can have a very different color output when printed in another company, even when the same file has been used. A file used for offset printing (b. cards, flyers, brochures, magazines, etc’Ķ.) will not have the same color output when printed digitally using large format machines with solvent inks. If you have a specific color(s) that needs to be matched, it should be stated in the "Additional Instructions" box or sent in writing either through a hard copy or email. If you require a specific Spot (PMS) color, you may provide us with the Pantone reference number. A Color Match Proof is required whenever a custom color is requested. However, the customer understands that we print with solvent inks through a four color process using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks (CMYK). Not all PMS colors can be matched exactly using CMYK process. Your PMS spot color will be matched as accurately as possible within the limitations allowed by the four color process. A Color Match Print is required when a PMS color is requested.

The factors that affect the final color output of a job include but are not limited to the following:

100% K (kyan) does not make a perfect black, 100% M (magenta) does not make a perfect red and too much Y (yellow) added to M (magenta) makes a "faded" red or orange tone, etc.

Examples: (HP-LG-Orajet-StarFlex-etc...) some are pure white, others are off white.

Examples: (Matte-Glossy-Satin-etc...) some materials are pure white, others are off white.

We are not saying that a color that "appears" to be black on your monitor will print out as totally different color like red. Instead, if the color is not prepared correctly, it may print out "dull, faded, or opaque" like a grayish color or with a greenish or blue tone. The only way to know exactly what you are getting is to pre-request a Color Match Print. We reserve the right to print your job on any of our machines based on availability without prior notice. We reserve the right to change a material brand without prior notice. If you request a Color Match Print, it will be printed using the exact inks, profile, machine, and material type that your final job will be printed on. Since all orders are custom made and cannot be resold to others or reused, we do not give refunds under any circumstances once an order has begun and gone into production. We do not give refunds for Color Match Prints.

ARTWORK / FILE PREPARATION

We want all of our customers to get the best possible image quality and service on all orders. We use state of the art equipment and print all our banners at high quality. Following our artwork & file preparation requirements will assure that you get optimal quality and that your order is not delayed. As a courtesy, our Art Department will review your artwork before any file processing or printing is begun. If any obvious problems with your file(s) are detected, we will notify you immediately and suggest possible remedies so that your order is not delayed. The customer is 100% responsible for the accuracy of all print-ready artwork sent in. You are required and encouraged to proofread and check all files carefully for all typos, correct spelling, grammar, etc, before submitting them for print. We are not responsible for "blurry, distorted, pixilated, or fuzzy" images due to low quality resolution artwork provided by the customer sent in as print ready. Please use the file preparation guidelines below to assist you in creating correct print ready files. If you need help making changes to your artwork, choosing photos or layout, Print Big can create your artwork for a reasonable fee.

DO NOT SEND: FILES WITH LAYERS, CROP MARKS, OR FONTS (TYPE STYLES)

All artwork, designs and images should be provided in CMYK format. Print Big is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK or PMS Pantone, vice versa, etc. We are not responsible for embedded ICC profiles. We are not responsible for color unless you order a Color Match Proof. Please see COLOR MATCH PROOFS & COLOR MATCHING Policies for official Print Big terms and conditions. All print ready artwork must be prepared following the specifications provided. Not following our artwork preparation requirements will delay order processing. Do not send files with embedded fonts; all fonts must be converted to graphics or outlines. DO NOT mail "one-of-kind" transparencies, prints or artwork originals. All artwork should be sent digitally via our dedicated file upload system. If you must physically mail us your artwork, it should be a "copy" of the original placed on a disposable disk. Although we will take care of your materials, we are NOT responsible for loss or damage of hard copy artwork or images sent in by the customer. Print Big will not return proofs or artwork sent in by the customer unless specifically stated in writing prior to processing the order.

CUSTOM ARTWORK DESIGN BY PRINT BIG

Print Big can design your banner for a reasonable fee. Please be aware that we are not a marketing or design firm. We specialize in printing, not design. Even thou we are capable of designing most basic artworks, we would prefer that you send us your files finished and ready to print. Fees pertaining to custom designing cannot be refunded or credited once we have begun to work on the design. Every design is unique and will be charged according to its complexity and estimated time of completion. Initially, the customer will give Print Big a brief description of what the design will require and based on this description the customer will be quoted a design fee. All custom designs must be paid for in full before any design work is begun. We are not responsible for color unless you order a Color Match Proof. Turnaround time does not begin until you have emailed Print Big a final approval to begin printing. Please see TURNAROUND TIME Policies for official Print Big terms and conditions. If you choose to have us design your artwork, you must follow the following steps to ensure correct and timely completion of your design. All instructions and details pertaining to the design must be sent in writing via email. Please use the Additional Instructions box located in the ordering page located on our website when placing your order. Use our upload drop box to upload any images to be used in the design. If you chose to send us the design description separately in an email, then please include all the text and description information together in one email and the images in one separate email. If you have an existing design that you want to use as a model example, please upload this as well before we begin your design. We will not begin to work on the design until the customer sends us via email all the text, images, and descriptions pertaining to the artwork. Please do not send low resolution images or logos that are "blurry, distorted, pixilated, or fuzzy". Just because an image looks good on a monitor does not mean it will print in good quality when scaled up in size many times over. Please see ARTWORK /FILE PREPARATION GUIDELINES for official Print Big terms and conditions on file requirements. Most designs are completed within 24 hours. We will then prepare an artwork based on the customer's specifications and email back the customer a digital proof. The customers must then review the design and email back any required changes in detail or a final approval. The customer is entitled to a maximum of two changes per design. The two changes included in the original price must be relatively basic and pertaining to the existing instructions and images originally described and sent in by the customer. If the customer needs to make more than two changes, then each additional change will be charged at hourly rate of $35 each. Each time the customer receives an email from Print Big requesting artwork approval or further instructions, the customer must reply back within a maximum of one hour in order to complete the design in a timely manner. Turnaround time does not begin until you have emailed Print Big a final approval to begin printing. In the case where a customer is not happy with their chosen design and wants to make extensive changes, add more images or text, or change the design all together, the customer will then be billed additionally for a separate design or be charged and hourly rate of $35, whichever is lower. Since customers often send us their individual images for us to use in a custom artwork, we are not responsible for low resolution images or logos that are "blurry, distorted, pixilated, or fuzzy". Your custom artwork will only cover design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and overall placement and your printed banner will be as accurate as your final email approval. We are not responsible for color unless you order a Color Match Proof. Since all designs are custom made and cannot be reused or resold to another customer, once work has begun on a custom design, all fees charged for custom artwork are final and non-refundable.

FINISHING

Our finishing department is equipped to handle orders of all sizes and quantities. Due to the variety of factors that are involved in banner finishing, at our discretion Print Big will choose the technique best suited for each particular job. At our discretion, we will choose to use either double sided tape or heat welding to finish your banner's edge. Grommets are placed approximately between every 2 to 3 feet apart. The location of the grommets and the finishing must be specified by the customer when placing an order. Not specifying this in the beginning will cause problems down the line and may require additional fees and maybe even having to reprint the entire job at the customer's expense. A seam is when two partial banner pieces are heat welded together to produce one final larger size. This method is used for different reasons including but not limited to over sized banners and banners with and odd size that produces a lot of waste. At our discretion, Print Big may chose to seam together any banner for whatever reason we feel necessary without prior notification to the customer. If a customer does not want to have their banner seamed together, they must specify that they want their banner(s) to be Seamless. This option has an additional charge and it will appear on the invoice only if the customer chooses this option before any work is begun. When hemming is chosen as a finish, the final size of the banner may be a couple of inches shorter than listed due to the area lost to the hem when the material is folded over.

EXAMPLE: A 24" x 96" banner may be final sized to 22" x 94".

TURNAROUND TIME

Under normal circumstances, Print Big will always finish your order on time. We thrive and stand by our commitment to quality and service. Production begins once the artwork is approved and payment has been received. If you choose to have Print Big create a custom design for your banner, Turnaround time does not begin until Print Big has received your final written email approval to begin printing. Please see CUSTOM ARTWORK DESIGN BY PRINT BIG for official terms and conditions pertaining to details on custom design procedures. If you require rush service on a time sensitive job that is one thousand dollars or more, we recommend that you first contact us to discuss the nature of the order. We are equipped to handle orders of any size, square footage, & quantity. However, larger jobs take more time to complete and we need to be sure that we can complete your job on time when our existing work load is heavy. We also require extra time for orders with special finishing, special order materials, color match proofs, jobs placed on hold because of incorrect file requirements, etc. If you have pre-ordered a Color Match Proof, turnaround time on your order does begin until we receive a written email confirmation approving your proof. Under normal circumstances, Print Big will always finish your order on time. Order with confidence, our dedication and experience makes us one of the most reliable banner manufacturers in the U.S. The following policies are intended only as a full disclosure to our customers in the unlikely event of a delay with an order. The following statements are a rare occurrence and should not be of a likely concern when ordering from Print Big. Actually, you will find that most companies have vague or no Turnaround Time policies that have little or no consideration towards their customers like we do. If you place an order with rush a service and we anticipate that we cannot meet your deadline, we will notify you immediately. At this point, the customer can decide if he or she wants go ahead with the order based on a new mutually agreed job completion date. If the client chooses not to proceed with the order, then a full refund will be credited. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed after production has begun due to uncontrollable and unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakdown, sickness, natural disasters, etc; then following terms will apply. If an order requires more than one item and production has begun and it is interrupted midway by any of the previously mentioned factors, then the customer will only be billed and responsible to pay for the items printed up to that point along with any rush fees pertaining solely to the printed items. The customer will be notified of the situation immediately when it first arises via email despite the day or time. Phone contact will also be attempted as soon as possible at a reasonable time within a 24 hour period. . If an order only has one item and production is interrupted by any of the previous mentioned factors, then the same contact attempts previously mentioned will be made to reach the customer as soon as possible. If the customer still wishes to print the order with Print Big, then a new completion date will be mutually agreed and Print Big will offer the customer a discounted rate as a show appreciation and good intention. Fees for Custom Artwork Design and Color Match Proofs are non-refundable under any circumstances. Turnaround Time Policies only apply to our production process from the time after the initial order is placed by the customer and final approval is given to begin manufacturing through the day the product is packaged and shipped out to its final destination. We cannot be held responsible for any shipments that are delayed by the carrier used to deliver the product. Please see SHIPPING POLICIES for official Print Big terms and conditions.

SHIPPING

All orders will have shipping charges calculated on a per-product basis. Print Big will ship your order either through UPS, FED EX, or USPS. At our discretion, we will determine which carrier is used based on shipping transit times & cost. In the event that your order exceeds maximum allowed weight limitations and size dimensions, we will contact you to set up specialized freight services. Our goal is for our customers to receive their package on time and in good condition. However, once your order has been shipped, we no longer have control over your package. For this reason, we do not guarantee the expected delivery date. We highly recommend that all customers choose to insure their packages. You can add shipping insurance as an option for a minimal additional cost. We will email you confirmation of your shipment along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Whether the customer chooses to insure their package or not, once the order is shipped, Print Big is no longer responsible for the package. The client assumes the full risk of loss or damage. We are not responsible for any shipments that are damaged, delayed, or lost regardless of the carrier that is used to ship and all claims in regards to shipping must be made directly with the carrier in question. If a customer chooses to make their own arrangements for shipping through a third party carrier, then any claims for damages must be made directly with that shipping company. These claims include but are not limited to shipping insurance, delayed transit times, damages, lost packages, etc. Print Big assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any damages or loss incurred by the customer due to the delay in delivery by any shipping company. All shipping laws and regulations must be strictly adhered to at all times.

TERMS OF SALE

All sales are final. By ordering with Print Big, the customer fully understands every detail pertaining to his/her job and assumes full responsibility pertaining to their entire order. Furthermore, the customer is obligated to follow and agrees with all the procedures, policies, terms and conditions stated throughout the Print Big website. The customer understands that all orders are custom made and cannot be resold to others or reused, and for this reason, once an order has gone into production, there are no refunds under any circumstances. For this same reason, the customer also agrees not to dispute or chargeback any purchases made with a credit card when ordering from Print Big. All official communications with PRINT BIG shall be made in writing through digital emails or certified mail. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Payment is required on all orders before we begin processing. The fastest and most safe way to process your order is by making all payments using our secure online credit/bank card terminal. If you do not feel comfortable using your card online, you may also pay with a Company or Personal Check or Money Order. Allow an extra 5-7 days after we receive your check for processing. Please be aware that your order will not be processed until all funds have cleared. No temporary checks will be accepted. If you wish to make a Bank Wire Transfer instead, please contact our billing department. Once your order has been completed and shipped, we will email you confirmation of your shipment along with a tracking number. Whether the customer chooses to insure their package or not, once the order is shipped, Print Big is no longer responsible for the package and the customer assumes full risk. We are not responsible for any shipments that are damaged, delayed, or lost regardless of the shipping company that is used and all claims must be made directly with the carrier in question. Print Big reserves the right to refuse service without disclosing the reason. We also reserve the right to refuse service for any job that we deem offensive or inappropriate. If a product price is listed or invoiced incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. Generally, vinyl banner printing lasts an average of 2 to 3 years outdoor under normal circumstances. Since storage, handling, and installation vary greatly and are out of our control, our guarantee is limited to 30 days from day of shipment. Any conditions, terms, prices, or quantities listed on any purchase order that is not consistent with Print Big terms and conditions, pricing or quantities shall not be binding and will not apply to the sale unless specifically accepted in writing by Print Big. In the case of non-payment or default, the customer will be responsible for all reasonable attorney and legal fees, collection services, and time and money lost due to the collection process. Venue for any and all disputes shall be held in the Miami Dade County Court System, in South Florida.

SALES TAX POLICY

All orders placed in Florida are subject to a Florida State sales tax. If a customer is tax exempt, then an Annual Resale Certificate (Form DR-13) must be signed and faxed to 305-398-3307 prior to placing your order. Once an order has been processed without an Annual Resale Certificate, taxes charged cannot be refunded or credited back. SECURITY

You can feel confident about ordering with Print Big. Our online payment system is safe and secure. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank will limit your total losses and you will not be held liable for more than fifty dollars of fraudulent charges. If you suspect fraudulent charges on your credit or bank card, please notify your bank immediately. If you do not feel comfortable using your card online, you may also pay with a Company or Personal Check or Money Order. Please allow an extra 5-7 days after we receive your check and be aware that your order will not be processed until all funds have cleared. No temporary checks will be accepted.
